Re: 2015 Kotei Season - Icons
Yeah. The Pincer Gozoku is an existential threat to the Rokugani balance of power. And it contains the only two Clans that have ever attacked a sitting Emperor. Not that I expect them to do anything but be 100% behind their best bro Seiken. But it tells you something about the kind of people you're ...

Re: 2015 Kotei Season - Icons
I'm on board. I already have a bounty thread up on the AEG forums in which Crane-Unicorn love features prominently. As a not-exactly-fantastic player in an area that doesn't get a lot of Koteis, the likelihood that I personally will be in a position to make that choice isn't high... but I am doing w...

Re: Crane Victory In The Great White North
While you're considering, a link to some collected bounties: http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=66&t=112910 I personally really like the idea of using this Kotei season to strengthen ties with our allies, because goodness knows we could use some. But protecting some of our integral tec...

Re: Crane Victory In The Great White North
But Niten was already saved... :( That was my first thought, but rereading the description from AEG of how it was going to work, there's nothing saying that an Icon can't be picked multiple times: The winner of a Kotei will choose which Icon of his or her clan they believe to be most worth perpetua...

Re: Crane Victory In The Phillipines
Well, there's only one faction capable of corrupting icons, while they're all capable of saving icons. And I think the Spider will be more interested in corrupting Crab or Scorpion icons than Crane ones (if the discussion on Shinden Fu Leng is anything to go by).

Re: Renewal : 2014 Kotei Voting
Also worth considering: if the Otomo lose out in Winter Court, beating up the Scorpion politically will hopefully ensure that we reap most of the benefits as opposed to them.
