Yes it was. Still seems good but without knowing what other 3 fate cost characters look like and whether Crab has the same production of the strongholds we've seen it's hard to say. 0 Fate for a 3/3 with a good ability and no drawback seemed bonkers.

This character seems far ahead of the power curve of what we've seen so far.

You mean two extra provinces and this one gets a free strength upgrade?

Seems strong by my reckoning. Price is decent for providing 3 military and can refill the province he came out of.

I'm curious as to the power level of holdings in general because this one is busted good.
