Re: Thunderous Acclaim Part II - June 28, 2015
There's actually a prior event where Crab, Lion, and Naga fought a losing battle against the forces of Jigoku. It was the Battle of Plains Above Evil in KYD. If that's what Kano saw, I will high five every L5R player alive.

Re: Thunderous Acclaim Part 1
I wonder how many players would get behind the idea of dropping down a level for the story of an arc. Instead of focusing at the realm of Emperor and Champions, focus on the micro-scale. Then we can leave these poor Emperors to their own devices for a time instead of heaping piles of story upon the...

Re: GenCon 2015 Clan Meeting
Ever since AEG planned a major event for every night of the con, they destroyed clan dinners.

Re: Scenes from the Empire 04/12/2015
Well this one could very quickly get ugly because there is an outstanding story prize for Kalen's fate to be known by Isawa Rikate, a bloodspeaker. And I have (unsurprisingly) been trying for four years to get the story team to give Kalen a horrific, tragic, corrupted end. Didn't Kalen get picked t...

Re: Thunderous Acclaim Part 1
Seiken does have the information that Kanpeki is incredibly powerful and has been given three decades to build up forces unmolested. Seiken is unbelievably stupid for going about things in the way he did. I'm all for it since I view him as nothing more than another meat-headed Lion wannabe.

Re: Scenes from the Empire 04/12/2015
Those are two characters I could not care less about. Yeah they need to make the plot line be about more than just them very quickly. I'm only invested because the mysterious father of Mirumoto Kyoshiro is Mirumoto Kalen. Although I am totally savoring the irony of everyone else here experiencing a...
