That's right, but in L5R names have been quite unique (at least the combination of family plus own name). I don't remember any two L5R ...

This could get really strong, especially since you can play The Samurai Caste DIvides and get it for free. You could also boost it with Voice of Experience and all of that Discipline stuff... plus it has 4 FV so you can discard any other copies you might get for its own effect
