Those are all art from TBS. Whether it will be repurposed or not, who knows. That is Akeha, along with Moshi Madohime and the Phoenix Master of Air. Akeha was a sensei, while the other two were XP versions, respectively.
So yes, these are not new art, in fact they're quite old given the timeframe TBS art was done.

Man...Crane was gonna be so good in the upcoming sets.
