It might be helpful to do it later. I'm not sure what, if anything, I or Spooky will be asked to do for the Big Game Night.

I was worried about this. There never seems to be a "Good" time for these dinners as it conflicts with other AEG events.

Moving the dinner to after the event might be the only real solution here.

A bunch of clans (including mine) scheduled theirs for on top of the RPG event. I'd WAY rather miss Big Game Night than that.

Ever since AEG planned a major event for every night of the con, they destroyed clan dinners.

Or do a Clan Lunch?

Cater at hotel instead of going out to eat?

Clan lunch might work if you can get a consensus. I am ok with missing it, if I have too.

I thin Lunch would interfere with the Grinders, even if the schedule is running smoothly. Also, that is the time many grinder participants have to break away from the cards area and venture into some of the rest of the con, like the dealers room.

Wouldn't mind going late night myself.

I intend to sleep very little. Do it whenever and I'll try to be there.
