Those are annoying costs given how limited the benefit is. I can't really think of a deck that'd prefer to run this over another available option or just going stock. Feels like binder fodder to me unless there's some real workhorse Courage cards in this set.

Might be OK for Spider since they go second to everyone anyway. Another sort-of Battle action might be worth the loss of PS. Their personality base can support having a Fear 0.

This is the true disappointment. Although, in draft it seems decent.
