Design wise I am liking the courtesy mechanic. It is oft said that going second is a huge drawback. I'm hoping this will go a long way toward catching up.

This may be a noob question, but I never played with my opponent's cards before: Do you resleeve the card?

What if a card effect asks you to pick a card at random? It's not really random if I can see my sleeve there.

Its fine to have a different colored card in your hand in a situation like this. It wouldn't be a marked card unless it got shuffled in to your deck for some reason.

Pretty nifty for Seppun Tasuke Sensei deck... can potentially earn you two Affection tokens - one directly if you guessed/knew right and another when you discard your opponents card for Favor an it goes back to his discard pile.
