Pretty simple, march to victory, brush everything aside on your way. Art of Peace is worse than Card Draw Province, but the dishonouring helps fuel your kill effects well enough that it's not a huge deal. You might be able to capitalise and kill someone, but mostly I'd try and leverage any honour advantage into card advantage and smash face.
