Underplayed in Core set meta (rightfully or not), Cautious Scout is now a solid 3x in every crane dynasty and that probably won't change before a while. That being said, i noticed that i only buy him in less than half my matchup even turn 1.

3x auto-include in any deck, will only continue to be more valuable as more provinces are printed, no reason he shouldn't be in your deck.
