Post CotE- One of the elemental cycle cards I had a lot of hope in, and has never found its way into decks for the most part. His stats are below average, his ability still has potential. As of now he is staying the in the binder, but deserves a revisit after the 3rd cycle, we know we are getting more uses out of Honored Status Tokens, and Dishonoring is becoming an optional cost it appears to refuse duels, he helps with both and with Cloud the Mind.
