Its void locked so you are stuck with either Seeker of Void which is the 2nd best seeker role and a really good province lineup, or Keeper of the Void which is a Keeper role.
It gives someone a relevant trait or 2 for crane, and a +1/+1 for no fate. Its really cool, but not great. Its above average but average also. With roles being free, if you like what void does for you its worth it, but its not a must select that role for the card power level.
