HHL is an OK stronghold, that looks like it was over tweaked at the end of playtest, and just missed the mark. If the Ability was a reaction to declaration it would be better, if it generated a lasting effect to add the +1 fate it would be better. Lots of things would make it better, but none of those things are real life, thats to bad.

Stop complaining about the 7 inf, really how much shit is dragon trying to splash, you have let go. If you are complaining about the 7 inf, you probably complain about the sunshine on a nice spring day, or about animals running freely in a pasture.
