Its on the expensive side, but copying events is cool. Yes there are some restrictions to what you can copy, but you could expand your deck ideas and splash, not try to shoe horn it into a preexisting deck and then complain it only copies one card, well thats your fault for not putting in any effort to design a deck, games evolve, new cards come out, build a new deck. Its probably never a 3x but 1-2x seems pretty fair.
Mini Rant- Stop using the word May when talking about choosing targets for copied events, you have to choose new targets, even if they are the same cards, they are new targets. You make rules harder than they should be putting May in there.
